When to use this
Use this when a business shares its public booking page with you.
Before you start
- Make sure the business has open availability for the service you want.
- Keep your phone available in case OTP verification is required.
Steps
- Open the public booking link.
- Select a service.
- Select a staff member or choose any available staff if offered.
- Select a date.
- Select a time.
- Enter your details.
- Request the OTP code if prompted.
- Enter the OTP code.
- Confirm the booking.
What happens next
- You will see a booking confirmation screen.
- Your booking can appear in
/myafter verification and booking completion flows.
Notes
- Some businesses may assign a staff member automatically if you choose an all-staff option.
- Available times depend on business hours, staff hours, and existing bookings.
Common issues
I cannot find a time
The business may be closed, fully booked, or missing active staff for that service.
I selected one time but saw a different time later
If this happens, contact support for that business and confirm the appointment time shown in the latest booking views.
The page asks for OTP
That is part of the phone verification flow before booking confirmation.
