When to use this
Use this when you want to review a business before booking and choose a staff member where available.
Where this appears
This flow exists mainly in the mobile app provider detail experience.
What you can review
- business name
- rating summary
- address
- services
- team members
- selected staff context
What you can do
- browse services
- choose a staff member
- continue into booking
- save the business as a favorite when signed in
Steps
- Open a provider detail screen.
- Review the business details.
- Select the staff member you want if staff selection is available.
- Continue to booking.
Common issues
I do not see a staff list
The business may not expose multiple staff in that flow, or a simpler booking mode may be active.
I can browse services but cannot continue booking
The provider may require a different scheduling mode or additional login/verification steps.
I see reviews tab or section, but it is limited
Review visibility is not a fully complete feature in every surface.
