Save Favorite Businesses

When to use this
Use this when you want to keep a shortlist of businesses you like.
Where favorites exist
Favorites are available in:
- the mobile app
- related consumer-facing flows that support favorite toggles
What you can do
- save a business
- remove a business from saved list
- return to saved businesses later
Steps in mobile
- Open explore or a provider detail screen.
- Tap the favorite or heart action.
- Open the favorites screen to review saved businesses.
What happens next
- The favorite state should persist for your account.
- Saved businesses can be opened again from the favorites list.
Common issues
Favorite does not save
You may still be in guest mode or not fully authenticated.
I do not see the favorites list
Check that you are signed in and using the same account/session.
I removed a favorite by mistake
Open the business again and toggle the favorite state back on.
