When to use this

Use this when you want to see your current and past bookings.

Where to go

Open:

• /my

What you can see

• upcoming bookings
• past bookings
• business name
• service
• staff member when available
• status
• proposed reschedule requests

Steps

1. Open /my.
2. Review your upcoming bookings.
3. Scroll to your history if needed.
4. If a new time is proposed, respond from the booking card.

What happens next

• Accepting a proposed time updates the booking to the new schedule.
• Declining a proposed time can cancel that proposal flow depending on the booking state.

Common issues

I cannot access /my

You may not be signed in with the client-side session yet.

My booking is missing

Check whether:

• you booked with another phone number
• the booking is still pending another step
• you need to claim your profile first

The booking order looks strange

Current behavior should prioritize the closest upcoming bookings near the top.
