Verify Your Booking with OTP

When to use this

Use this when the booking page asks you to enter a one-time verification code.

What OTP does

OTP verification helps confirm that the phone number belongs to you before the booking is finalized.

Steps

1. Request the OTP from the booking page.
2. Wait for the code to arrive on your phone.
3. Enter the code in the verification popup or form.
4. Submit the code.

What happens next

• If the code is valid, booking can continue or be completed.
• You may be signed into the client-side booking experience depending on the flow.

Common issues

I did not receive the OTP

Possible reasons:

• SMS provider issue
• rate limiting
• wrong phone number
• temporary delivery delay

The OTP popup does not close

The page should now allow closing the popup. If not, reload and request a new code.

The code says invalid or expired

Request a new OTP and try again.

Too many attempts

Wait for the lockout or cooldown period, then retry.
