When to use this

Use this when you receive a claim link and want to connect your existing bookings to your client profile.

What you need

  • the claim link
  • access to the phone number attached to your client record

Steps

  1. Open the claim link.
  2. Request or receive the OTP.
  3. Enter the OTP code.
  4. Submit the form.

What happens next

  • Your profile is verified.
  • You may be linked to a client account.
  • You should be redirected to /my.

Common issues

The claim link says expired

The link has already been used or is no longer valid.

The OTP does not work

Request a new code if possible and retry carefully.

I was redirected but do not see my bookings

Make sure the phone number on the claim matches the one originally used in the business record.
