Favorites and claimed profiles solve different problems.

Favorites

Favorites help you save businesses you want to return to later.

Use favorites when you want to:

• keep track of preferred businesses
• revisit a business quickly
• build a shortlist for future bookings

Claimed profiles

Claiming a profile is about your client identity, not your vendor shortlist.

Claiming helps connect:

• your bookings
• your contact details
• your client history

Key difference

Favorite means:

• "I want to remember this business."

Claimed profile means:

• "This client record is connected to me."

You can use one without the other.

Why this matters

If you save a business as a favorite, that does not automatically claim your customer profile with that business.

If you claim your profile, that does not automatically mark the business as a favorite.
