Use the Mobile My Appointments Screen

The mobile My Appointments screen helps you keep track of your upcoming and recent bookings in one place.

What you can do there

Use the screen to:

  • review upcoming appointments
  • look back at recent appointments
  • open appointment details
  • respond to supported booking actions when available

What appears at the top

Upcoming bookings should appear before older ones, with the closest upcoming appointment nearest the top.

This makes the screen easier to use as a day-to-day booking timeline.

Open a booking

  1. Open the mobile app.
  2. Go to My Appointments.
  3. Tap a booking card.
  4. Review the vendor, service, date, time, and staff details.

If an appointment time looks wrong

Refresh the screen first. If the issue affects an older booking created before a time-handling fix, the record may still reflect the old saved time.

If you do not see your appointment

Check:

  • that you are signed in to the correct account
  • that you used the same phone number during booking or claim
  • that the booking was fully completed and confirmed
