Troubleshoot Missing Bookings or Booking History

If you believe a booking is missing from your app or booking history, check the basics below first.

Common reasons a booking looks missing

  • booking was not fully submitted
  • OTP verification did not complete
  • you are looking under a different phone number or account
  • the booking belongs to an unclaimed or different profile

What to check

  1. Confirm the booking reached the confirmation screen.
  2. Open the My bookings area and refresh it.
  3. Confirm you are using the same phone number or account that was used during booking.
  4. If relevant, confirm whether the profile has been claimed.

Claimed vs unclaimed profile issues

If your client record is not linked to the account you are using now, your booking history may not appear where you expect.

If the business can see the booking but you cannot

That usually means:

  • the booking exists
  • but your account or phone linkage does not match the booking record you are viewing from
