Troubleshoot Time Display and Time Zone Issues
If a booking shows the wrong time in one screen, use the checks below before assuming the booking itself is lost.
Common symptoms
- the booking confirmation looks correct, but another page shows a different time
- the calendar and list view do not match
- SMS shows one time and the app shows another
What to check
- Refresh the page or screen.
- Confirm you are looking at the same booking date.
- Compare the confirmation view with the
Mybookings view. - If using mobile, reopen the appointment details screen.
Older bookings vs new bookings
If only older bookings show the wrong time, the record may have been created before a time-handling fix was applied.
If newly created bookings are wrong in multiple screens, that is a current bug and should be reported.
What to include when reporting
Include:
- business name
- selected date
- selected time
- where the correct time appears
- where the incorrect time appears
