Troubleshoot Time Display and Time Zone Issues

If a booking shows the wrong time in one screen, use the checks below before assuming the booking itself is lost.

Common symptoms

  • the booking confirmation looks correct, but another page shows a different time
  • the calendar and list view do not match
  • SMS shows one time and the app shows another

What to check

  1. Refresh the page or screen.
  2. Confirm you are looking at the same booking date.
  3. Compare the confirmation view with the My bookings view.
  4. If using mobile, reopen the appointment details screen.

Older bookings vs new bookings

If only older bookings show the wrong time, the record may have been created before a time-handling fix was applied.

If newly created bookings are wrong in multiple screens, that is a current bug and should be reported.

What to include when reporting

Include:

  • business name
  • selected date
  • selected time
  • where the correct time appears
  • where the incorrect time appears
