Understand Booking Confirmation and the My Page

After you complete a booking, Mento shows a confirmation screen and gives you access to your bookings from the My area.

What the confirmation page shows

The confirmation page is designed to give you the essentials quickly:

  • booking confirmed state
  • vendor name
  • appointment details
  • quick actions

You may also see:

  • a rating strip
  • options to add the booking to your calendar
  • links back to your booking history

What to check on confirmation

Confirm these details before leaving the page:

  • date
  • time
  • service
  • staff member, if assigned

What the My page is for

The My page helps you return to your appointments later. Use it to:

  • review upcoming bookings
  • see recent bookings
  • respond to proposed time changes if available

If the confirmation looks right but another screen does not

Refresh the My page and check the appointment again. If an older booking still shows the wrong historical time, it may have been saved before a time-handling fix.

If you do not see your booking

Check:

  • whether OTP verification completed successfully
  • whether you are using the same phone number
  • whether the booking was actually submitted, not just started
