Troubleshoot OTP and Booking Issues

Audience: Client

When to use this

Use this when you cannot complete OTP verification or your booking flow fails.

Common OTP issues

I did not receive the OTP

Possible reasons:

  • temporary SMS delivery delay
  • wrong phone number
  • SMS provider issue
  • too many recent OTP attempts

What to do:

  1. confirm your phone number
  2. wait briefly and retry
  3. request a new OTP if available

The OTP says invalid or expired

Use the newest code only.

The OTP popup is stuck

Reload the page and request a new code.

Common booking issues

I cannot find a time slot

Possible reasons:

  • the business is closed
  • there are no active staff for that service
  • the day or time is blocked
  • the slot was just taken

I selected one time but later saw another time

If this happens, use the latest booking record shown in your booking views and contact the business if the displayed time still looks wrong.

I reached the confirmation page but cannot see my booking later

You may need to:

  • complete verification
  • open /my
  • use the same phone number used during booking
  • claim your profile if the flow requires it

My claim link does not work

The link may be expired or already used.

When to contact the business

Contact the business directly if:

  • the appointment time shown looks incorrect
  • the booking appears missing after successful confirmation
  • the business needs to manually verify or recreate the booking
