When to use this

Use this when you want to explore the app before signing up or logging in.

What guest mode allows

You can:

  • open the app
  • browse nearby businesses
  • view provider details
  • explore services

What guest mode does not fully support

Guest mode is not the same as a signed-in account experience.

Examples of actions that may require login:

  • saving favorites
  • booking completion steps that require account/session state

Steps

  1. Open the mobile app.
  2. Choose the guest or skip path from onboarding, signup, or login.
  3. Browse providers and services.

What happens next

  • You can continue exploring without creating an account.
  • If you try an action that requires authentication, the app can prompt you to log in.

Common issues

I can browse, but cannot save favorites

Favorites are tied to a signed-in account flow.

I reached a booking step that needs login

Some actions move from guest exploration into authenticated flow.
