Complete Vendor Onboarding

When to use this
Use this when you have just created a vendor account and need to finish setup before taking bookings.
Before you start
- You must be signed in to the vendor portal.
- You should have your business name, address, working hours, services, and at least one staff member ready.
What onboarding includes
The current onboarding flow covers:
- business details
- business location
- business hours
- services
- staff
- launch
Steps
- Open
/onboarding. - Enter your business details.
- business name
- business type
- business mobile number
- Continue to the location step.
- search the address
- confirm the map location
- Continue to the hours step.
- set open days
- set start and end times
- Continue to the services step.
- add at least one service
- set duration
- set price if applicable
- Continue to the staff step.
- add at least one active staff member
- assign at least one service to that staff member
- Complete the launch step.
What happens next
- Your onboarding status is marked complete.
- You can open the dashboard, calendar, and appointments pages.
- Your business can start using vendor-side booking flows.
Important constraints
- Public booking should not be treated as ready unless you have at least one active staff member.
- Appointment creation also depends on staff availability and business hours.
Common issues
I cannot continue from the services step
You need at least one valid service with a name and duration.
I cannot continue from the staff step
You need at least one staff member, and that staff member must have at least one assigned service.
I finished onboarding but booking still does not work
Check:
- business hours
- service setup
- active staff
- assigned services
