Use this when you need to maintain your team in the vendor portal.

Open:

  • /staff

What you can do

  • add staff
  • edit staff
  • assign services
  • set working hours
  • upload a photo
  • deactivate a staff member
  • review staff summaries

Typical uses

  • preparing a new staff member for booking
  • updating service coverage
  • changing hours
  • temporarily removing a staff member from availability

Steps

  1. Open /staff.
  2. Select an existing staff member or add a new one.
  3. Update:
    • name
    • role
    • phone
    • services
    • working hours
  4. Save the changes.

What happens next

  • Active staff with assigned services can appear in booking and calendar flows.
  • Staff availability depends on:
    • active status
    • assigned services
    • working hours
    • blocked time

Common issues

Staff is visible but cannot be booked

Check:

  • active status
  • assigned services
  • staff working hours

I do not want to delete a staff member, only stop bookings

Use deactivation rather than removing historical booking context.

Ratings or summaries do not look complete

Some rating and summary surfaces are available, but not every review-management workflow is fully complete.
