View and Update Client Records

When to use this

Use this when you need to review client details, history, notes, or manually add a client.

Where to go

Open:

  • /clients

What you can do

  • view client list
  • search clients
  • open client details
  • add a client manually
  • save private notes
  • review booking history and last visit

Steps to view a client

  1. Open /clients.
  2. Search by name or phone if needed.
  3. Open the client record.

Steps to add a client manually

  1. Open /clients.
  2. Start the add-client flow.
  3. Enter the client details.
  4. Save the record.

Steps to update notes

  1. Open the client record.
  2. Edit the notes field.
  3. Save the notes.

What happens next

  • Notes are stored against the client record.
  • Client history remains available for future visits.
  • The same phone number may be used for identity and booking-related matching flows.

Common issues

I see duplicate-looking clients

Phone-based identity and client matching rules may still expose older duplicate records depending on history and import path.

A client has bookings but not the expected profile state

This can happen if the client has not yet completed verification or claim flows.

I expected to block a client but cannot find that action

Customer blocking is not a completed end-to-end feature yet.
