When to use this

Use this when you need to create, update, price, or disable services.

Where to go

Open:

  • /services

What you can do

  • create a service
  • edit service details
  • set duration
  • set price
  • enable or disable a service

Steps to add a service

  1. Open /services.
  2. Start the create-service flow.
  3. Enter the service name.
  4. Enter the duration.
  5. Enter pricing if applicable.
  6. Save the service.

Steps to edit a service

  1. Open /services.
  2. Select the service.
  3. Update the fields you need.
  4. Save the changes.

Steps to disable a service

  1. Open /services.
  2. Find the service.
  3. change its active state or disable it from the service controls.

What happens next

  • Service duration affects booking and scheduling logic.
  • Active services can be assigned to staff and shown in booking flows.
  • Disabled services should no longer be treated as available for new bookings.

Common issues

A service does not appear in booking

Check:

  • it is active
  • it is assigned to at least one active staff member

Time calculations look wrong

Verify the service duration, because appointment timing uses service duration logic.

Staff cannot be assigned

The service must exist first before staff assignment makes sense.
