Insights
Insights focus on service and staff performance.
Typical uses:
- revenue by service
- revenue by staff
- trend review over recent periods
Growth
Growth surfaces broader commercial and operational signals.
Use this carefully in support content because some metric semantics may continue to evolve.
Consumables insights
Use /insights/consumables when your business tracks consumables usage and related operational patterns.
Notifications
Use /notifications to:
- review recent activity
- mark items as read
- clear or manage notification state
Important limitations
- Notification inbox exists, but not every possible reminder or automation should be described as guaranteed behavior.
- Reporting/export functionality is still limited compared with a full reports center.
- Growth metrics should be documented carefully until all semantics are finalized.

I expected a reminder notification but did not receive one
