When to use this

Use this when you need to manage plan, subscription, seats, or billing-related account information.

Where to go

Open:

  • /account

What you can do

  • view current plan
  • view renewal and status
  • compare pricing and break-even analysis
  • change plan
  • cancel or resume subscription
  • review seat usage where applicable

Who can do this

Some account actions are restricted by role. Owner-level actions should not be assumed to be available to every user.

Steps

  1. Open /account.
  2. Review your current subscription details.
  3. Use plan or lifecycle actions if needed.

What happens next

  • Plan changes affect subscription state and account-level entitlements.
  • Some downgrade or commitment-related constraints can apply.

Common issues

I cannot change the plan

Check whether:

  • your role has permission
  • there is a downgrade restriction
  • an annual commitment or lock is active

I expected a billing history or audit log

Some billing/account capabilities are only partially surfaced today.
