Use the Appointments Page

Audience: Vendor

When to use this

Use this when you want a list-based operational view instead of the calendar.

Where to go

Open:

  • /appointments

What you can do

  • review bookings in list form
  • filter by status and timing
  • open booking details
  • confirm, complete, cancel, or mark no-show depending on state

When to use this instead of calendar

Use /appointments when you want:

  • a cleaner list of bookings
  • easier status-based review
  • a non-calendar operational workflow

Use /calendar when you want:

  • visual time layout
  • time blocking
  • date-focused scheduling

Steps

  1. Open /appointments.
  2. Review the list.
  3. Filter or sort if needed.
  4. Open a booking detail or use the available action buttons.

What happens next

  • Status updates should reflect across appointment and calendar surfaces.
  • Booking changes can affect client-facing views as well.

Common issues

I do not see the same thing as in calendar

The appointments page is a list view, while calendar is the time-based operational view. They represent the same booking set in different formats.

The time shown looks wrong

Verify that the booking was created after the current timezone fixes and compare the latest booking state across pages.

Some actions are missing

Available actions depend on the booking status.
