Manage Notifications

When to use this

Use this when you want to review recent activity and clear or read vendor notifications.

Where to go

Open:

  • /notifications

What you can do

  • review recent notification items
  • mark individual items as read
  • mark notifications as read in bulk where available
  • remove notification items where supported

What notifications typically cover

Notification content can include:

  • new booking activity
  • booking changes
  • other vendor-relevant activity

Important limitation

Do not treat notifications as a guaranteed complete reminder engine. Some notification and reminder behaviors remain partial.

Steps

  1. Open /notifications.
  2. Review unread items.
  3. Mark items as read as needed.

Common issues

I expected a reminder but did not see one

Reminder automation is not a fully mature guaranteed flow yet.

I know something changed, but I do not see a notification

Check the relevant operational page directly:

  • calendar
  • appointments
  • clients

The notification UI is present, but preference behavior feels limited

That is consistent with the current partial support status for some notification settings.
