Use this when you need to update how your business appears in the portal and to clients.

Where to go

Open:

  • /profile

What you can update

  • business name
  • business type
  • description
  • logo
  • cover image
  • contact email
  • contact phone
  • address and map location
  • preferred language

Steps

  1. Open /profile.
  2. Update the section you need.
  3. Save the changes.

What happens next

  • Updated profile information is stored against your business.
  • Public-facing flows can reflect business branding and contact details where supported.
  • Internal vendor pages use the latest saved business information.

Common issues

My logo or cover image does not look updated

Check whether the image upload completed successfully and whether the page needs a refresh after upload.

My email is saved but not verified

Email storage and email verification are separate steps.

My map location is wrong

Re-open the address/location section and confirm the correct search result or map pin.
